We’ll my guess is that it was cancelled, as it showed up in 2001, and Tomica World was discontinued in 2001 (except the Thomas stuff). At least 1 would have existed, as it showed up in the video. It whereabouts are unknown and possibly not exist as of now, but it would be cool if someone still had it.
It doesn’t appear in the The Tomica World Show from 2000 (unless I missed it)
