digging through old posts again, this initially called my eye, but no this Donald is not “rare”. Plarail released Donald for 14 years, depending on the Donald you got you could get the higher or lower eyebrow variant, it all depended on the quality control, it wasn’t until HiT Toys rereleased Donald in 2007 that the eyebrows were aligned in a way so they didn’t look too “surprised (high eyebrow) or determined (low eyebrow)”.
edit: you can search “Plarail Donald” on eBay and you can find a few “low eyebrow” ones for a pretty penny, still congrats on getting Donald for a cheap price, Plarail Donalds are starting to go up in price very quickly
