Yep, I’m having some of the same motivations. I’m 62 now and I’m not looking to ‘check out’ anytime soon but I’m becoming more mindful of my full basement. Some things need to go, especially if I’m going to build up the Lego layout. The only sad thing is, I thought I had a buyer, and while I was waiting for them to pick a date to come get everything I saw a Tomy Knapford station being sold cheap, only an hour from me, in great shape. It’s the one piece that I would love to had. Believe it or not, I thought about keeping the whole collection and adding that piece, but by the time by buyer ghosted me, the station was already sold to someone else. Too bad. But I wanted to reiterate again, Super, you’ve made this the most welcoming forum I’ve ever been on. You guys have been my motivation for this hobby.
