Can you guys give me some tips for repainting plarail?

Here is my project: I will soon aquire a plarail s-20 (new)-

And will turn it into a TGV (see below)-

Note: I will be doing the orange version. The (unlike Ucwepn a little while ago) I will have a Orange TGV that is brand new and is working correctly!!!
