ROKMAN1445 Yup. Someday soon I will get some. Say, are any of you wondering what the silver train is?

On the teal sprung bridge. It's a silver Schillyng Streamliner. Don't know much about it. My friend gave it to me for a few dollars. I think they retail from 10 to 22 dollars.
Super Now I see it although not very good. I completely didn't see it. :-/ Is this a Tomy train and any chance for a close up of the train?
ROKMAN1445 No, but it fits on plarail track and has a chrome finish, so it reflects everything it passes.

Super I really like the cowl (or whatever they are called) between the coaches. Is this train a metal windup? Wonder how much it would take to motorize it?
Nigels Have you seen the other two trains this site is offering, again both tin plate and wind-up; Three Car Train Scylling Express Having said that there is a very negative review on one, but that's maybe because it was given to a child - they look more like collectibles to me 🙂
Super Thanks Nigels I had no idea they were still available and an American company. I picked up a damaged silver one very cheaply on Ebay just to see if I can somehow use those in between the coaches cowls on any Plarail train.
sunhuntin the plarail hoot and toot chuggington set needs those cowls. keen to see if you have success, super. might be a mod if/when i get them.
Super I also am curious to see how they would work an any of our monorails in addition to any trains like the Amtrak but they may be a tad too big but I shall see and report back when I receive it. Also if they can be removed and or altered without much trouble.

Get 2: one for mods and 1 for show and running. They are pretty cool, but they run best on wooden track. http://images.search.yahoo.com/yhs/search;_ylt=A0LEVvHbIl5WHEYAhOIPxQt.?p=schyllling+streamliner&fr=yhs-avg-fh_lsonsw&fr2=piv-web&hspart=avg&hsimp=yhs-fh_lsonsw&type=ch.45.w7.nt.04-01.us.zen._._
