jdogman All that I can add to this is that I can assure you they are released as I did see them and touched one when I was in Japan. There's no box too, just a little tag around it.

If the page language is non-english it appears in the address bar at the right-hand end, next to the five-pointed bookmark star. This seems to work OK with text, but of course not with buttons with text as images on them.
