CapnPolo This was called the "Conductor's House" in Thomas Motor Road and Rail. I just picked up one myself in a second hand lot of the Thomas Mega Set, unfortunately missing the water tower.

jdogman Thomas TrackMaster Wikia covers everything compatible, and it's named that since it is the current and largest range in the Western countries. Easier than giving it a long-winded name with all the ranges. 😛
