Thanks Ripley...Tully just loved all the Tomica stuff, so I crammed it into the layout so that he could play with it all, but the station is going to force me to RE-DO the entire layout soon!! 🙂

Do you have a spare room, or maybe make and addition? Then start collecting the Tomica HyperCity stuff.. 😃. Those sets are usually so huge though it makes it tuff to put several together from my expierence. The Auto/car one is pretty cool though too.

I though you might notice that Super...I had an extra Donald tender laying around and I thought the B20 would look good with his very own...it's not done yet.
I'm still looking for some gold pinstriping tape to finish it off.

Oh boy, Muddy is now into mods Hurray! Do you have a Hobby Lobby, Michaels or Joann Fabrics near you? That may be the place to find what you are looking for. Its looking good and the white stripes look to match up with the B20's very nicely.

The paint looks factory. Did you use and airbrush or just a brush? Nice job Muddy.

The white lines are actually fine art grade adhesive vinyl...way easy to cut and apply.
Yes we have a Joann's and Michael's, but they don't really have exactly what I am after...gonna try the auto body shops for pinstriping first before settling for altering what they offer at Michael's though..

Great question AC!!...idk?
....I just hooked up an eight car load to see, and the bridge wont retract as long as cars are passing over it!!! IDK how it works, (not going to dissect it to look inside), but to answer your question:The number of cars is unlimited!!🙂

I suspect its a bit of a dead mans switch, the train rolling over puts weight on the bridge, once that weight is gone the bridge is able to move up slightly and retract. Without having one on hand though its hard to say.

Good observation Sinkillerj,

I just so happened to watch Suzukawa's video on the bridge and does seem to retract when there is no load on the rainbow bridge.
You can see the bridge pop up and retract back.

That's a cool set Muddy. I have seen this one pop up on eBay recently as well, and was thinking of picking one up, but other than the different Thomas, it seems I have the other components with Skiff from the Plarail Ryan, and Marion from the Plarail Gator set. Are these different maybe?

Doki Doki Panic! That is an awesome set. I heard Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure was excellent, and that it was the first known CGI special to be dubbed into my language 😃
