Looks like it actually isn't out yet. The racing stripes imply that it could be from The Great Race special. Also, the Vicarstown Dieselworks logo is also on the side of the red wooden block depicting the Wooden Railway "Dart in Disguise". The logo hasn't been on any previous models of that van as far as I know.
