FYI... we had huge storms both Saturday and Sunday and flooded my basement again.:-/ This time the water leak came behind the house.
The rear gutter was clogged and the water cascaded directly into our Basement window well... go figure!! We had a window fish tank!!
So now, I will have to take down the walls to make sure there are no molds.
Good thing I kept the toys in plastic bins.
The bad, my vinyl records were not. Well the bottom stack were soaked and might have to ditch them :-/
I would have to consider adding another a sump pump in the rear to have that peace of mind. sigh....
I need to make a go fund me account :s
