Nice!

I've always thought it was strange that you see Evangelion-related items being marketed to children. The original show is definitely not for young kids. Most of the newer merchandise is for the rebooted film series, which isn't nearly as bad but has some rather questionable moments.

Specifically, the E5 from the two-pack with E6. Don't think the opaque gray of the single release would mesh well with the translucent red. ;P

DXS 01 E5 Hayabusa apparently has a November 27th release date, according to the Shinkalion twitter.

There hasn't been much to report in the realm of Shinkalion - no new footage or anything. A few photos of DXS 01 here and there is about it.

That, and 500 TYPE EVA has been selling very well. Likely due to the Evangelion name. 😛

Quite a few product reveals today!

First up - DXS 02 E6 Komachi!

The DXS series toys will also include a Shinca pass - just like the upcoming anime!

A giftset with both the new E6 and E6 is also on the way - note the new little helmet when they're together!

Last of - a Shinkalion themed case is coming, but it's just a Plarail case with some new stickers on it. 😛

I also spot a helmet for E6xE6 in there!

That case is pretty neat. Looks like they took the yellow Plarail Garage Case and altered it just a bit.

My son liked playing with it. He actually connected some of the shinkalion cars with the regular hayabusa cars (attached photo of both).
I, too, wish one of the cars was motorized.
Personally not a huge fan but my kid did like it
