Nigels Based on the tender on James I think you'll find he comes from a 'celebration/birthday/anniversary' type set, I'm sure I've seen one of those around with that tender.

That's what I suspected at first but I was looking at that set and it does not appear to have the front hook, but he pattern on the tender looks the same. Maybe Trainfanz is right and this is a custom?
