Hey there everyone, I am B'Station Official, or if you prefer B'Stat.
I have been collecting Thomas & Friends merchandise again ever since summer 2011 when I decided to watch some old Thomas DVDs I had collecting dust before selling them. However, luckily for me, the episodes I watched (most notably seasons 3,4,5 and 6 as a few years ago I had sold my seasons 1,2 and 7 DVDs) made me like Thomas & Friends again. I began to research everything about the franchise and became hooked. Of course I did have periods when I stopped collecting because my main hobby is collecting LEGO sets, but that's another story! š
When I first got back into Thomas, I collected Take Along, while at the time I did not like Take-n-Play. But by 2013, I started to enjoy Take-n-Play as much as Take Along. During this year, I also produced three custom Take Alongs. These are "Smudger", "Bertram" and "Woolly Bear Percy". The last take along I remember purchasing was Murdoch in spring 2014, when I eventually had a period of losing interest in Take-n-Play again. However, I never came back to it.
Then in spring 2015, when I was interested with the Thomas franchise again, I bought a few TrackMaster Revolution sets to start a new collection. However, I would not recommend any of the items in the range and I stopped collecting Thomas for a some time, in the meantime LEGO.
Finally we come to the beginning of my growing TOMY and TrackMaster (pre 2014) collection, where I began to collect the items again in June 2016. I have accumulated a lot and I am very proud of my collection! š I hope you all like the videos I produce on my YouTube channel.
In June, I also started a series called "LEGO Thomas & Friends". The idea behind this series was to recapture the simplicity of the engines but still make them appealing to look at, without looking like they were made of DUPLO. Thank you to all who have supported me throughout 2016!
