Hello all, I'm grumpy_tyrant. I started collecting Tomy/Trackmaster trains for my son as he turned two years old, when we were donated a large box of previously-loved Tomy blue track and Thomas and Friends engines and rolling stock. Since that initial start to the collection, it has grown through both ebay purchases and retail. I love how you can find just about anything on ebay! If you're patient enough, the right deal always seems to come along.
My son is now approaching five and still loves playing with the trains, asking for help making new layouts every week.
It is with much dismay that I discovered the "redesigned" Trackmaster this week in our local Target. But this is not the proper thread to continue with that rant...
