By the way, the tower that has a face and a whistle, with gears and a crank on his sides is called Owen. He's meant to be part of some sort of lift for trucks at the Blue Mountain Quarry, and he was first seen in the film Blue Mountain Mystery (2012). A red, stationary crane called Merrick and a green narrow gauge engine called Luke were also first seen in said film. Does anyone know if this Capsule Owen was attached to a lift of that kind and used to power it?
