I too like the original version over the newly released. I assume you have scoped out your country's Ebay listings as that would be a great place to find a used one if any of our members can't help you out. I did notice that Amazon has many offerings of new in the box ones Imported and one offering is at a good price. If you do find any new offerings on Ebay or Amazon that has the picture of the original release I would recommend that you contact the seller to make sure it is the original and not just a wrong stock photo. This happened to me with a purchase of mine where they pictured the original, with the long side rods, but what I received was the latest release. At the time the prices were the same but I wanted the original. I notice that even on the Japan Auctions that the original Gordons price is steep for new in the box. Hope other members can help you out as they may have an extra, in the mean time I will keep an eye out for you.
