I have an Oliver Question: Was he only released by the co-branded Tomy/HiT or did Trackmaster also release a version?

There was a Trackmaster/HiT/Tomy Oliver, that I am lucky enough to own. HiT released every Motor Road and Rail engine (including Lady, D10, Splatter and Dodge, and STEAM THOMAS!!) in Trackmaster, but these were quickly discontinued.
