Thanks AC, these all released this week.

I don't understand a word he says but I get the idea through his actions and tone that he is questioning the use of stickers instead of printing especially on the Genbi. Just doesn't look good with those sticker wraps and whats with red stickers for the tail lights but nothing on the headlights??? Couldn't they at least put some light grey or white? And what about the 2 trailing vehicles only having windows on one side...is that what the real one is like or does the real one have see through graphic wraps and if so why not both sides.

That 25th Anniversary Thomas looks great and it looks like the Bow Tie is removable.

Oh man, my daughter is going to love that Thomas set! And my son is going to be seriously butt hurt about her getting it! :s Oh well, he's getting a lot of Plarail stuff and maybe the Trackmaster Scrapyard Escape, so I don't feel bad about that at all!

The Shinkansen is nice but not really a "must have" for me. I think I share a degree of ambivalence with a lot of the Plarail community on this one. The EF510 is also nice but I would really like to see it and/or the other "renewed" engines pull a good size freight drag of maybe 8-10 container cars or large tank cars. For me, the jury's still out on the relative performance of the C battery versus the AA battery freight engines. I also wonder if the unmarked tank car may be due to licensing issues with the rail car owner.

I was surprised to see Thomases Bow Tie off in the video. I wonder if that was a mistake and it broke off as it being removable would be a choking hazard, don't ya think.

Good question about the C size vs the new Chassis Motor configuration. I will check to see what I have of the new chassis a do a little test I probably don't have many freight engines with the new style but wouldn't any one work?. My guess is that the new AA motor design is equal or better than the old C but that might not be the case with the original AA motors that replaced the C's.

I saw somewhere else (maybe Hobby Search or HLJ?) that the bow tie was removable and my daughter felt it was very important that the "bow ribbon" could be taken off.

I'm honestly surprised that none of the Japanese Plarail folks have done a C vs AA comparison yet.
