MuddyPoppins Looks like the switch is on the tender? (Tender driven?) with a sound hole under the tender as well? Does it talk, music, or sound?
Super It looks like that Tender switch may be for sound like you say Muddy. There is what looks to be the motors switch on the engine along side the boiler. It also looks to have a lock out slot in the switch groove which locks the on/off lever in the on position sort of lick a gear shifter on a manual transmission.
