For anyone looking to add to thier collections that thinks they cannot afford new trains, I recently found a seller on eBay (topjapan1) with hands down the most rediculously lowest priced new in box Plarails around...AND all with FREE shipping too!
They are worth any risk, as the last purchase I received was packed immaculately with bubble wrap, inside a cardboard box, and even had a cardboard slip rubber banded around the cellophane plastic box window!
