New Catagory for forum.

Add a new forum section for BANDAI TECS/ Ertl Gold rail just like you did for the ertl thomas range.

I think it'd be useful since I'm a Bandai TECS Collector.

i think there is a thread called other, plus i think your the only one who posts about bandai tecs
