Looking at the Sellers other items, this looks to just be an honest mistake. Either when Listing Diesel the Seller used a template for another Listing and forgot to change the asking price or, what probably happened, is the seller simply forgot the decimal point when putting in the asking price, which I have done before when listing a lot of items, and the asking price may have been $24.99 or Best Offer.
