Miksolo Any chance those track pictures could be sent out as a raw image? I've been looking for a decent way to plan layouts for ages now..
Trainfanz I only did a single piece of straight track for the banner. Sorry. 🙁 And I understand the concern about copyright and not using the banner, but if you change your mind go right on ahead! I don't think we'll get in any trouble personally and I did leave the TOMY name off.
Ucwepn I think that if you own the actual piece of track used in the image then it comes under fair use. I will have to look into it more but it's the same sort of thing with the videos others and I make with Thomas toys, we do not own the likeness but we are filming the item that we own be it in this case a likeness of a character in the form of a toy that we purchased and own.
Trainfanz I definitely understand where you're coming from and I did draw the track images myself - the whole banner was drawn by me. On the other hand like a user was saying in another thread Plarail track has appeared in things like Katamari without any trouble.
