Is anyone else experiencing very slow response when posting to the forums? Whenever I click the post thread button I sit there spinning for nearly a minute.
Previewing a post is fine. It's only when I submit a post. And reading the forums is ok also. No noticeable slow down for page loading (except on odd occasion).
This suggests to me the back end database is struggling with something. I wonder how much ram this new VPS has? A MySQL or Postgres database could struggle doing an insert if it's not getting enough resources at the back end.
Or maybe the VPS is on a host with a lot of other workload.
Or it could be just me and something screwy is going on with my DNS. :s
