TOMY Chocolate percy

I looking for TOMY Chocolate Percy as it last TOMY in my collection. I haven't seen any in last 2 months. I've seen lot of Trackmaster and plarail version of it but not TOMY. There was 2 chances on ebay i had but one was sold before i was getting it and other one was seller wasnt replying my messages later it never got relisted. Anyone seen one somewhere that i could buy?

2008 is Trackmaster
2014 is Thomas Town Tomy/Plarail

New listing came on ebay yesterday. Was keen so asked seller if they can post. He said no UK Only. Was bummer about it. Is there difference between posting in UK and international at UK post office?
