The evidence suggests that the person who posted the video is in Pakistan; two of their other videos have 'Karachi' in their titles, and the third clearly has a muezzin reciting the adhaan over a loudspeaker from the nearest mosque on the soundtrack. I don't know if this is relevant to the origin of the toy or not.
