The light would come from the inside and may look really cool as long as one could block the light from escaping under the chassis it should look quite nice. I will have to grab me 2 or 4 of these but they are hard to find and some have missing roofs which is no good.

Found at a second hand shop. The green and yellow tipper was the first generation tipper found in the DD-51 set (1973) and single item together with the log loader station in the early 1972/3/4.

It was 50 yen each and none of them are broken or scratched up, so lucky me.

The first generation RC Plarail, which is manufactured for only 3 years in 1984. Hardly ever seen on auction sites for the past 5 years. It is nearly unused.

That is a strange coupling system, are they metal or just painted silver. Can you take them apart with the Hook like regular Plarail?

They are metal couplings that are permanently fixed.

Totally forgotten the collector's house visit from a long time ago. I believe he is the only one with all 6 boxes. The video is up in my videos thread.
Notice there is 40MHz and 49MHz, 40MHz is older than the 49MHz, and the same controller can run 3 vehicles at the same time provided they matched the frequency.

Same controller can run 3 trains??? They must not be individually controlled as I don't see a way to switch trains so it must be when the controller is turned On all trains move at the same time right?

If the trains share the same frequency and that controller too, it will be able to run all of the trains simultaneously.
3 trains because 3 boxes above are 40MHz and the other 3 are 49MHz .

Narita Airport Set from today's auction. Now I have all the airport stations in Plarail. (Chitose Airport Set rumour exists but it is an unconfirmed set. The rumour of Keihanshin Set was proven, so I want to believe the Chitose Airport Set exists.)

This was the first airport set collected from last 10 months.

Now you have 2 Airport sets and there are 2 sets unconfirmed?

1 is still on delivery. There is only 1 unconfirmed airport set at the moment, which is the Chitose Airport Set.
That Keihanshin Set is not an airport set but the Hankyu 6300 set. Both of these rumours were spread around year 2005 or earlier, Keihanshin Set rumour was confirmed true on 2013.
