Attachments bedded in and working really well now, none of those annoying and frequent PostImage glitches.
I also use another massive forum powered by MyBB (https://www.railforums.co.uk). In that one you can add images as attachments in either full-size format (like here), or as clickable thumbnails (like we had as standard using PostImage, but in a row rather than in a column). Maybe this is an enhancement that BPT users would find useful, and would improve the layout of many posts?
