Guys, I found this on the Japanese auctions

Something like Plarail SL + passenger car, 2 freight cars, rail, home, pier set | Jauce Shopping Service | Yahoo Japan Auctions. EBay Japan

It appears to be the Child Guidance system, with it's packaging, as a Japanese release. Best yet, starter price is 1 Yen!

Only 3 days left, but I thought i'd give you guys the heads up - I won't be bidding as I don't look to collect the really old stuff, but
I'm certain someone on here will be interested.

And that's a D-51 variant that I haven't seen before. Less recognisable than some, it has to be said.

That is not a D-51 chrisjo. If you really lookup for the name on the box, it does not lead you to the plastic train in the picture. Certainly if you look at the box again, you can see that it is friction powered, and this plastic train is not even motorised.
Moreover, this auction for the plastic train and rails can be found on eBay easily for the last 6 months.
