New Haul of a Bluebell Engine

Hi got this 3 days Ago its 1999 Plarail Stepney but the sticker says D00 so it was made in April of 2000.

and yeah a Fuel Tanker is there the seller must have mixed it up with Percy.

Stepney looks to be in very good condition Nwr. What was supposed to come in the place of the Tanker?
