Fun fact: Rickrolling has a seldom known connection to UK heritage railways. Pete Waterman, who was one of the producers of "Never Gonna Give You Up" and wrote the lyrics for it, is also one of the biggest railfans in the UK. In addition to all his projects/activities mentioned there, he was even one of the subsequent owners of Flying Scotsman after Alan Pegler. I feel the connection to Waterman should add a "special special" meaning to the meme among Thomas fans.
