It does look familiar. I have a guess that it was released in the US as it has an 'inc' at the end of Tomy Company and not a 'ltd' which I think would mean UK.
It is a cool looking set. I tried to quickly find a video but was unsuccessful. Wanted to see the train navigate those neat rails. Looks in good condition for what must be a vintage set. Not a bad price with free shipping in the States and with an option to make an offer.
