Plarail Golden Shinkansen 500 series for sale

I was browsing Jauce when i came across this gold plated Shinkansen 500 series from Plarail, I figured since we have a lot of plarail collectors here, people may be interesting in going after this model, here's the link: https://www.jauce.com/auction/o450768326 , from what I gather, it was an event exclusive item, but I'm not sure, so any further info would be helpful

In 1996, it was distributed in the Plarail Fair. Not rare at all today.
