just when you think the trackmaster line can't even worse....

Also I don't understand why Mattel still manufacture wooden thomas given these new "trackmaster" engines looks almost identical to the wooden Thomas.

It seems the new engines are taller than the trackmaster 2 engines. Will they clear the tunnels? I will only buy the new sets solely for the rolling stocks not the engines. Lets just hope they don't ruin the rolling stocks.

but its not part of the reboot, it is its own thing and nothing to do with thomas at all. i still say its cute. 😃

I'm hoping Plarail keeps Thomas as is. I bet Mattel's next move is to pull the plug on the Plarail Thomas range like they did with Chuggington. They're probably going to make Takara Tomy get rid of the Thomas range as they don't fit well with Mattel's standards. Probably why not much Plarail Thomas products have been released this year.

This new Motorized range will probably replace both the current Motorized & the Plarail ranges.
