Very nice, I reckon all coaches should come with lights as you well know Super, definitely a feature I think should be standard regardless of the type of train or scale.
Looking at these ones the lights seem quite concentrated, do you think the owner just put some of those mini-battery tea-lights inside them? They would probably fit with a little bit of fettling and are self-contained and powered so easy to use.
