My friend EqualSeaso told me about these exports of Plarail. Well, for me it's looks the engines seems to have new original moulds and they can run on TOMY/Trackmaster track. Some of these engines has features like lights, smoke & sounds. (take note the soundchip is not the generic steam train sounds heard in many knock-offs)
This is very impressive compared to other china exports where they are very ugly and low quality like Southward Toys or Dumica.
These look quite decent for knock offs. Matsuoka, a prominent Japanese Plarail enthusiast, reviewed one, specifically the red DF4B, on Youtube, and if I remember correctly he was quite impressed with the quality. It'd be neat to see these, the high speed train in particular, alongside the official Plarail CRH2.
