Destination Realization So I got this painted face plarail Percy (the one with the iconic flange) with some freight cars for $15 last august, and upon further Inspection, the part under his face is inverted have a look Anyone have any idea if it’s a factory error or a specific variant? One on right
Therealblack64YT its painted to the smokebox and from what I can gather its a early version of the plarail Percy with gray running board but the face is molded into the smokebox this was changed sometime after 03 around 06 here is a thread about this https://www.blueplastictracks.org/thread-4564.html
MuddyPoppins Yes that’s a semi well known weird variation that’s been discussed here before. No one knows why it would or could have been produced that way but the green is white and the white is green, and it’s it’s considered very rare! 🙂
