Super I like the video T-Boy but have a question: Me not being not knowing much about the Thomas train world, why is this version of Tomy Thomas special? And why didn’t I hear him talk, is that what the Megaphone you mentioned that you don’t have for?
Trainboy90 Productions Super The Megaphone is actually yellow as shown in the photo below. He has two modes; he can run with or without it. The coal bunker for this Thomas is a little different from the others. On his boiler, he has an infrared sensor & he also has a switch on the right-hand side of the model besides the usual off-on switch. All his phrases are on the megaphone. He was exclusive to a set called “Move with Your Voice! My Friend Thomas Set” which also came with a yellow troublesome truck. Shown here:
Super Is that the one where you would have to speaks Japanese into the megaphone for Thomas to speak?
MuddyPoppins It is actually only sound activated. Its meant to seem like your voice is activating it, but when Tully was little he figured out that it would work by simply burping into the megaphone, which kinda ruined it real quick. lol
