Ongakukan is the developer of JR East Train Simulators. These simulators are what JR uses to train staff to promote railway safety but also used as a video game.
It's important to note that Ongakukan games and DLC never go on sale. But consider each DLC a little over the price as a Plarail and much less than a Plarail Real Class train or NGauge.
