chrisjo I’m struggling with the Bold, Italics, etc. formatting options. This sentence is supposed to be in bold italics. But I’ve just got asterixes and underscores. Edit: Dammit, how come it works now?
chrisjo My problem was that I was trying to italicize a block of text comprising two paragraphs separated by a line break. It doesn’t work; but if I do each paragraph separately it works fine.
thehsvdude chrisjo that’s a limit of how it was even on the old forums the only way I got around that was adding a code segment to make each line bold after the fact but it was very heavy and not optimized.
Super This all is going to take some time getting used to especially for me as the mobile aspects of the look is not something I am used to. But thehsvdude is hard at work and tweeking how this works especially with all my wishes. All suggestions are welcome while we get used to this.

thehsvdude you can update it by clicking your username on the top right and going to settings then clicking “Change nickname”

chrisjo Wrong pictures in posts. I’ve just been scrolling back through the https://forum.blueplastictracks.org/d/5780-plarail-new-releases-2025-onwards-non-thomas/63 thread and found that as a result of being transferred to the new forum, many of the posts that I’ve made there now have the wrong images in them. I think I know the reason. When I prepared an image for posting on the old forum I routinely saved it as ‘untitled.jpg’, then attached it. Worked fine. Now what’s happened is that all those attachments with the same name have got muddled up and are appearing in places that were not intended for them, making the posts in which they appear meaningless. It’s going to be a very long and tedious job to go through every post that I’ve made for the past number of years to make sure they have the right images in them, and I’m not sure I even want to start doing it right now. Is there any other fix? Here is an example screengrab:
