adding a profile picture!!

How can i give myself a profile picture?? :huh::huh::huh::huh:

on the left under "your profile" 5th option down.

Edit Profile
Change Password
Change Email
**Change Avatar**
Change Signature

To get to the "User CP" (Control Panel) look at the top of any page and click on it.
