Significantly Updated Forum Software and Code: Our team has been hard at work updating the forum software and codebase to the latest version.
This extensive update includes essential security patches and bug fixes, providing a safer environment for all forum users. Your safety and security remain our utmost priority.
Migration to a New Host: We are excited to announce that we have successfully migrated our forum to a new hosting provider. This move ensures a seamless and reliable user experience while significantly reducing our operational costs. We can now allocate more resources towards enhancing the forum and providing you with an even better platform.
Emailing Issue Resolved: Good news! The previous issue with email notifications and communications has been resolved. You should now receive timely notifications for new posts, private messages, and other forum activities via email. If you encounter any further problems with email notifications, please don't hesitate to let us know, and we will address them promptly.
Improved Performance: We are constantly striving to enhance your experience on the forum. To that end, we have implemented various optimizations to improve overall performance. Our back-end caching mechanisms and APIs have been fine-tuned to provide faster response times, ensuring smoother and seamless interactions. If you notice any instances of slower performance, please reach out to us, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
New Domain Name: We are delighted to introduce our new domain name, BluePlasticTracks.org! Going forward, this will serve as our primary web address. Please update your bookmarks and references accordingly. Gradually, we will phase out the previous .com domain, focusing all future updates on the .org domain.Attachments are BACK!:
We are excited to announce that attachments / image hosting is back on our forums this will allow for less problems with relying on third parties for image hosting such as postimg which I am looking at a way to mitigate away from.As always, your feedback and engagement are incredibly valuable to us.

Changed the way recent posts are displayed as the last solution was causing major issues with lagging the user experience and not ideal for mobile users this new solution is a bit more ideal.
Images: namely attachment images have been reworked additionally and we are really trying to make it a seamless experience rather than being forced to use a 3rd party for attaching a image we highly advise using the new image attachment system as when you click on the image in the thread it brings it up in a bigger picture for easier view.

Multiple bug fixes in relation to registration and login systems including fixing the white page of death when registering and fixing the activation emails.
We have also fixed password reset email system, granted that you have the correct email on your profile you should get a email if you request a password reset.

We are aware more issues may crop up please rest assured that I will be on the case promptly and have them resolved in a timely manner with minimal disruption.
Numerous bug fixes have been implemented thus far, and we anticipate addressing additional issues as you continue to report them to us. Currently, we are encountering a 500 error under specific circumstances, and we are diligently investigating the root cause, whether it pertains to our hosting provider or Cloudflare. Meanwhile, I have initiated a support ticket with our hosting provider to expedite the resolution process.
Issues originating with cloudflare and errors relating to the 500 code have been resolved and we have changed our ssl provider due to major issues related to cloudflares offering causing lots of problems for our forum configuration.
